WHAT ARE AFFIRMATIONS?

We attract into our lives, people, circumstances and situations based on the beliefs stored in your subconscious mind. Our dominant subconscious beliefs are usually formed in the first 6 to 10 years of our life, in most cases these beliefs are usually negative. Some of these negative beliefs include things like "I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH" or "I MUST WORK HARD FOR MONEY". Throughout our lives we tend to attract people or circumstances that validate your beliefs.

So how do we change our negative beliefs? One very effective method is to use affirmations.
Affirmations are positive statements that is repeated daily till the negative beliefs are transformed into positive beliefs. For example if you feel you are not good enough you can repeat an affirmation such as "I LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF EXACTLY AS I AM" till you feel good about yourself.....

For optimum results one should try and use the following method while using affirmations:

1) Always use positive statments in present tense such as "I AM RICH", never say something like "I AM NOT POOR" in the second statement the subconscious will ignore the "NOT" and then the focus will be on the word "POOR" and you are most likely to manifest the opposite of what you want

2)Never use statements like "I WANT", "I WISH", "I AM GOING TO" any statements worded this way will actually delay the manifestation of what you desire.

3)Affirmations should be said with passion and emotion. Affirmations usually repeated in parrot fashion is less likely to produce any result. Most people leave this out and wonder why they are not seeing any results!

4)Try and focus on one goal at a time.

5)Repetition is highly important. Repeat the affirmations alteast 3 times daily and each time repeat the affirmations at least 20x

6)Repeat the affirmations an additional time just before you sleep so that the subconscious mind can work on the affirmations while you sleep

7)Repeat the affirmations for atleast 30 days for it to sink in deep into the subconscious mind
